SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Over 90 percent of orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours of placement. Delivery times are reliant upon normal delivery hours. It is important to note that orders can only be dispatched from Monday to Friday. Normally, a delivery time of 3-14 working days will be expected. There are some times during the year that delivery could be delayed due to holidays.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Our web server makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes: the user’s server address; the user’s top level domain name (eg. .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc.); the date and time of the visit to the site; the pages accessed; the documents downloaded; the referring site; and the type of browser used. No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities, except in the unlikely event of an investigation where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the web server’s logs.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
The best way is to email us at: email@example.com as soon as possible and we will cancel it. You must remember that in most cases, orders are dispatched the next business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will have to be posted back at the expense of the customer. As long as the packaging is in original condition, a full refund minus postage will be provided.
Our prime objective is to ensure the safety of the customer with regards to the safe use of products. Our staff reserve the right to refuse any orders it may deem to not fit this criteria, or of a nature that may be unsafe in its volumes or capacity for misuse. Detailed instructions about the appropriate use of all products is available online. Animal.se cannot be held responsible for inappropriate use or misuse of the products supplied.
Our payment gateway is designed so that your credit card details are never entered into our site, they are processed at Stripe, which uses the latest encryption methods to ensure security of payment. We do not see your credit card details when ordering online, as all transactions are performed by Stripe. We do not store any credit card details, so additions to orders that are already placed will require you to place a new, separate order.
